Garage & Workshop
At the end of the Drive is a one-car Garage and small Workshop. The Garage is large enough to house the present owner’s 4 X 4 and still leave room at the back for a large workbench and work area.

There is ample lighting in the work area with numerous 13A power points.

A side door gives access out into the Back Garden.

House Systems

Water: The water system is supplied from the roof and its pressure is supplemented with a flow operated pump by the cold water tank which automatically starts whenever a flow of water is detected anywhere in the house. This increases the water pressure dramatically and is extremely efficient. The water is heated FOR FREE to very high temperatures for 90% of the year by the fitted Solar Panel Hot Water System. On the rare cloudy days that are experienced this can be supplemented by the use of an electric immersion heater to produce hot water. The switch for which is in the Master Bedroom.

Burglar Alarm: A computerised Burglar Alarm system is fitted to the house. It has sensors everywhere in the house including the Garage and if it detects an intruder it will automatically telephone the owner, the owner’s wife and then the police in Victoria. The system can even be switched on or off remotely by telephone with the appropriate codes and knowledge.

TV System: The present owner has four TV systems installed for maximum facilities. These are:
A Satellite TV system with its own motorised satellite dish.
A Sky TV system with a separate satellite dish.
Melita Cable TV system supplied by Cable.
CCTV system for monitoring the present owner’s grandchildren in the Swimming Pool and a further camera for monitoring and seeing visitors at the front gate.
All these systems are accessible in every room of the house via TV aerial points from a routing distributing system.

Telephone System: The present owner uses telephone main lines as supplied by Melita through their cable system. But there is also sockets available for standard telephone connection.

Broadband Connection: This is also supplied to the present owner via Melita Cable although they have had a connection through their normal phone line as well. Through their Broadband they also use the Skype system for extensive Free telephone communication to all over the world including the UK and Australia.
