Back Garden / Pool (5.7m by 3.4m - 5 feet deep)

The Back Garden consists of a large B-B-Q tiled area and a very nice Swimming Pool surrounded by tree-lined beds around the edges. A very tall (3 storey high) wall gives maximum privacy here.

Access to the Back Garden can be attained in a number of ways. Through the Garage side door, from the Patio Doors or the French Doors in the Kitchen/Diner, or from the Patio Doors in the Study.

The Swimming Pool is fully maintained on a contract and it is fully lit for night or evening swimming. The Swimming Pool in the Summer has the sun on it almost all day so its temperature remains very pleasant.

The Patio area also has an integral Outside Shower with hot and cold water supplied from the house water system.  It can be seen through the Patio Doors of the Kitchen/Diner in the second photo.

The Garden can be fully lit with a series of wall lights with extra lights provided for the present owner’s pool table.
