Balcony - South facing, this Balcony has the sun on it from 9:00am to 5:00pm for most of the year.

The Staircase is fully carpeted, not only on the stair threads but on the sides of each step as well. It curves through 180 degrees as it reaches the Landing.

The Stairs are lit with four large wall lights and a 3-bulb chandelier on the Landing. It is fitted throughout its length with black and gold wooden curved Bannister and metal Railings.

Immediately facing you on the Landing is a glass panelled Door set in an Arched glass panelled area which leads out onto a large ornate Balcony. This lovely Balcony throughout Spring Summer and Autumn has the sun on it virtually all day. The present owners used it extensively.

Further off the Landing there are Double wood panelled Doors to the Master Bedroom, and a corridor giving access to Double Bedrooms 2 and 3, the Main Bathroom and stairs to the Roof.
